Tesco quad bike training 2016

We're off on the road again, delivering winter driver training for Tesco employees before the chill of winter kicks in.

The biggest Tesco stores use quad bikes with snow plough and salt spreader attachments to keep their car parks clear for customers during winter. Just one example of a bespoke course that we have created to client's requirements.

If you have any questions about quad bike trainingwinter driver training or anything else we can help, give us a call!

It's been a busy year for Contour, recently the Tesco quad bike training tour kicked off again.
Two of our instructors are off around the UK and Ireland training Tesco employees on the operation of quad bikes with snow plough and salt spreader attachments, for clearing the supermarket car parks of snow and ice. So far no snow, but it can't be long until winter! Quad bikes are a cost effective way of clearing ground of light snow fall and salt spreading to reduce risk to customers.

Hagglund Training

This week Ian is in Dalwhinnie, doing NPORS Hagglund training for Balfour Beatty Utilities.

Hagglunds were originally designed for military use as personnel and equipment carriers. These tracked vehicles achieve very low ground pressure through full-length rubber tracks and a light body weight. They consist of two units, with all four tracks powered. The two driven units are articulated, which allows it to keep contact with the ground over broken terrain.
